A Fitness Programme That Works For You

Whether you are just starting out in the world of fitness or are looking for support with your current regime. GemsfitnessPT is a fitness programme that focuses on optimal movement, being strong and feeling good. There are 4 NEW real-time workouts a week, which are saved for playback/catch up anytime to suit your lifestyle. There is Nutritional support, information and recipes to fuel your body for our sessions. Each workout is between 30-45 minutes long, with minimal equipment needed. No travel time, login anywhere/anytime with minimal space, so you can fit your exercise into your day, where ever you are.

I’m Gem, a qualified personal trainer, with a passion for all things fitness while helping my clients meet their goals and feel great! As a working mother, I know the constraints of the work life balance while trying to stay healthy. So I put together this program to meet the needs of a holistic fitness plan that will fit into any schedule.

Session break down.

Tuesdays– 30 to 45 minutes working the full body for muscle endurance, movement and co-ordination. The finisher is voted for on social media. Equipment needed for some exercises. Uploaded by 6:30pm.

Wednesdays– These sessions are usually shorter, and generally focus on core and glute strength, mobility, flexibility and movement. A great recovery session to compliment your programme.

HIIT/Tabata Fridays-30 minute sessions to challenge the body and the mind, usually bodyweight high intensity with the occasional addition of some weights. Good fun and a great way to finish the week. Modifications made for all levels. Uploaded by 6pm

Circuits/Strength Sundays– A 30 to 45 minute session where we lift heavy. This session is all about building strength and well being. We alternate weeks of full body, upper , lower and strength and conditioning sessions which are more advanced. Uploaded by 9 30am
